Yes. In both ECO and FAST modes, the device automatically uses grid power (prioritizing low-cost off-peak electricity) to ensure your hot water or heating system continues operating uninterrupted, even when there is no sunlight.

QDoes the Smart energy harvester require daily maintenance?
The device is designed for long-term maintenance-free operation. Simply keep its installation environment dry and well-ventilated; there are no internal moving parts requiring periodic servicing.

QWhat is the power consumption of the smart energy harvester?
In standby mode, the energy collector consumes only 3 watts. The device maximum heating load is 3.68 kilowatts, which meets Green Energy Association standards.

QDo I need a smart power sensor with a smart energy harvester ?
The standard configuration includes a current transformer (with a 5-meter cable) with the energy harvester. If the distance between your energy harvester and the electrical panel is less than 5 meters, you do not need to install a smart power sensor. However, if the distance is greater, making direct CT clamp installation impossible, or if you prefer a fully wireless connection for the energy harvester, then a smart power sensor is required. The smart power sensor enables Enerhuis products to be installed without hardwiring a current transformer. By transmitting real-time energy consumption data to your energy harvester, it ensures more efficient household electricity usage.
